Perfect choice for families with children. Very friendly staff. Many of them speak English. They helped arrange day trip to Halfeti and Zeugma Antik Kent with really good minibus and driver. Easy to find the hotel with taxi. Very nice breakfast. Also warm Turkish dishes. They even opened the breakfast buffet earlier for us when we had to leave early for the airport. Nice hamam, big and warm swimming pool, yacuzzi and saunas. All free of charge. Easy to communicate with via booking.com app. Always quick answers in English.

The staff were great - very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Furkan and Esen at the front desk who were always delightful. We had the 'check-in' massage in the spa which was superb and great value. Spa facilities were lovely. Breakfast was good. Convenient location for easy access from out of town and then into the centre by taxi.

comfy, big rooms, clean and really friendly staff. Hotel Manager Muhlum Sen also made us a surprise with some some traditional sweets and traditional pistachio, special thanks for that.

This is the 4th time I stay at Divan and always met the expectations. Clean comfort rooms, helpful staff who always kept the smile, and rich breakfast.

The service from the staff was outstnading at every point. The food was fantastic, and the gym and spa facilities were a great relaxing touch. Really enjoyed the stay here and I would absolutely come back again!

Located right on the Historic Silk Road, The Divan is an excellent centralized location for accommodations and meetings. The staff communicate extremely well and are very helpful. Breakfast is very good and is available at 6:30am for early birds. Rooms are fairly sound proofed which ensures quite evenings. English language channels on in house cable/tv are limited.

Hotel staff were very helpful,smiley and kind. Most of them could speak English fair enough. Room and the general areas were so clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast buffet was superb, fully with varieties. Restaurant staff were serving so kind and fast. Spa and pool was so clean and warm. When you entered the hammam some traditional music comes from cieling, you felt like you are in time travel, amazing.

The apartments were very spacious and clean. They had all the facilities you needed for a comfortable stay. The washing machinr and hanging rail proved very useful for a family with children. The swimming pool and spa area were very good. The breakfast was very varied and tasty. The staff were very helpful and always available to help us out with any queries that we had.
